of iKons successfully draws in fantastic crowds since the launch in 2014 by
Savita Kaye. House of iKons success is based on the exceptional concept,
celebrating the new generation of global fashion talent.
Mitch Desunia has been in the
Philippine fashion industry for 6 years, and because of her immense talent and stunning
creations, her horizons even broadened making her known internationally
especially for her designs in long gown, bridal and evening wear.
And we, Mitch Desunia Apparel are
happy to announce that we will be one of the representatives of our country in London Fashion Week
2016 this coming February 20, Saturday. It’s an opportunity to us launch in
this extraordinary event. The House of Ikons shows to air worldwide, with the
help of House of Ikons’ global media partner Fashion One TV.
Mitch Desunia on Preparation:
Our very own Mitch Desunia is
ready to conquer the London Fashion Week. In preparation, Mitch Desunia started
the production last December, 2015. She’s planning to exhibit her (18) eighteen
one of a kind creations that will hit in the fashion industry. She put all her
efforts to create those gowns for the London Fashion Week, she picked high
quality details, cloth, and beadings for each gowns.
According to Nancy Sherrard Oro, “In
preparation for the upcoming London Fashion Week, Mitch will share her
innovative ideas through her chosen favorite color which is “Gold.” She will
also combine different approaches in design like textile painting, embroidery,
floral designs, and the use of laces, both from the Philippines and abroad.” Mitch
will also be assisted by local Philippine embroiders from Lumban, Laguna which
is a popular place in the Philippines, unique to skilled embroiders who can
create beautiful and handcrafted embroidery. 
It is an honor and pride that Mitch
Desunia will represent not just Mitch Desunia Apparel, but our country, the
Philippines. This will be a huge opportunity for Mitch Desunia Apparel to be
known internationally. Mitch Desunia is definitely a
name to watch out for in the international fashion industry.
